The very first standard for strength training was iron weight plates — plain, thick, and built to last. They all are constructed from solid cast iron, which provides the weight in a compact design. This allows for simple loading and stacking on barbells, plate-loaded machines, and cable systems. Iron plates are an economical alternative for both home gyms as well as commercial gym facilities because they do not break easily and require very little maintenance. We have weights ranging from very light for beginners to more advanced strength and weightlifting work.
